We meet each month on X day at 123 Amazing Street, Elsternwick.


Sessions last 90 minuets


You dont need to book just come and bring some water.

What do we do?

WHAT DO WE TALK ABOUT?

A Buddhist discussion group gathers to engage in meaningful conversations centred around the teachings and principles of Buddhism. Participants delve into various philosophical concepts, meditation techniques, and practical applications of Buddhist wisdom in daily life.


The group explores topics such as the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, mindfulness, compassion, and the nature of existence.

HOW ARE SESSION RUN?

5 to 10 min - set intentions and Short Meditation

20 - topic presentation

15 to 20 - Meditation

30 - discussion on topics

5 to 10 - 'take homes'
